Hello, my name is Kaitlin, and I am proud to serve as the director of Empowered Early Learning Academy (EELA). Teaching preschool has always been a passion of mine because children are naturally curious and eager to learn about the world around them. I find great joy in watching them explore, immerse themselves in their learning, and form meaningful friendships that help shape their early experiences.

In my personal time, I love spending quality moments with my daughter and husband. Together, we enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking in the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park and mountain biking in our local metro parks.

At EELA, I am dedicated to helping children develop a love for learning that will stay with them as they grow, ensuring that their enthusiasm for knowledge continues through grade school and beyond. I truly believe in the importance of nurturing this love from a young age, and I am grateful to be part of a team that shares this vision.
